Plant Support

Join us for a half-day or full-day, outdoor craft workshop and make a selection of plant supports including a Willow Obelisk and/or a garden Willow or Hazel Trellis you can be proud of!

The Workshop

Our full-day workshop will provide you with sufficient time to make a mini-Obelisk as well as a large Obelisk plus either a large decorative Trellis, Cylindrical Plant Support or Cloche! We use various styles of weaving and lengths of rods to create the plant supports, we will demonstrate these styles on the day and are happy for you to be creative with your own designs!

In our morning workshop, you will be able to choose from one of the following options:

• A mini-Obelisk plus a large Obelisk
• A mini-Obelisk plus a Cylindrical Plant Support.

In our afternoon workshop, you will be able to choose from one of the following options:

• Decorative Trellis (create your own design)
• Peony Cloche

Both workshops are suitable for adults and teenagers. The morning workshop may NOT be suitable for anyone with severe arthritis in their hands.

Cost

Full-day: £110.00 per person
AM Workshop: £55.00 per person
PM Workshop: £55.00 per person

Time

AM workshop: 9.30am – 12:30pm (3h)
PM workshop: 1:00pm – 4:00pm (3h)
AM/PM workshop times may vary depending on location
